Lindsay is currently furthering her professional training in the trauma-focused therapies of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  She believes that the power of human connection and a judgment-free zone to share one's story can empower clients in their own self-transformation and acceptance along their journey.

"As we progress in our journey, it's about learning to find the beauty of life from within, so as we open our eyes to the world, we can see beauty even when it's not pretty every day."
