Outpatient Therapist - Contract (Part-Time / Full-Time):


This position is a contract (1099) position. This position will be part-time / full-time and will give the therapist the opportunity to build a full caseload, based on their training, target population, and specialties. We are looking for qualified candidates who can commit to at least 1 year with our practice. *This position does not offer a full caseload at the start of the position. The Outpatient Therapist will:

  • Deliver in-office services to clients based on the client’s presenting issues with consideration given to the most appropriate setting to address the client’s mental health concerns.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to the identified client in order to enhance and foster the client’s optimal behavioral and emotional functioning and interactions.
  • Continually assess client needs, physical and emotional safety, and appropriateness of outpatient treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with the client’s family, clinical team members, attending primary care physicians, and other community supports whenever applicable in the provision of services to meet the client’s individualized goals.
  • Provide the appropriate documentation for service delivery including treatment goals, progress notes, and billing.
  • Other duties as assigned by Clinical Supervisor
Qualifications and Skills
  • A Master’s degree in a Mental Health field (e.g.: Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
  • Licensure/Certification or Provisional Licensure/Certification Eligible in one of the following: LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCAS, LCASA
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills​

Clinical Supervisor - Full Time


We are searching for a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to supervise associate level and licensed clinicians in our practice's clinical department. Duties will include supervising day-to-day clinical tasks including reviewing and updating client assessments and treatment plans, assessing treatment documentation/notes, supervising clinical therapists and providing weekly feedback, facilitating weekly individual supervision and monthly clinical case staffings. To succeed in this role, candidates should have excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will also be an effective communicator, able to resolve conflicts and issues, with a strong understanding of performance evaluation processes. The Clinical Therapist Supervisor candidate must possess excellent management and mentoring skills and a deep respect for policies and ethics. The successful candidate must also be able to guide therapists toward reaching our practice’s goals so that clients receive the best care possible. As a team player the candidate must be willing to maintain a small caseload of 6 - 8 clients, assist with professional trainings, provide support to administrative staff/interns, and co-facilitate family/group sessions with other members of the clinical team. Even so, the Clinical Therapist Supervisor’s main duty is to manage therapists and ensure quality patient care. Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision hours toward full Board licensure for provisionally licensed clinical team members.
  • Provide constructive feedback on a weekly basis.
  • Conduct monthly chart audits for clinical team members.
  • Monitor therapists’ and interns’ compliance with legal guidelines, policies and quality standards.
  • Ensure all clinical notes and client care related documentation is up to date and reflects appropriate clinical discernment.
  • Plan for and provide therapists and interns with clinical training and opportunities for continuous service and growth development.
  • Participate in scheduled community outreach events.
  • Maintain client and staff confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Supervisor Licensure
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, medical science, psychology or related fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years clinical experience post full licensure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Aptitude for resolving administrative issues and conflicts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Code of Ethics.
  • Ability to work flexible hours. Must be reliable and consistent with attendance and punctuality.

  • Ability to apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations.
